Twee historische puzzelfietstochten over het oude land van Texel in één boekje.
Route description
Ecomare is easy to get to with public transportation, taxi, bicycle and car. The ferry to Texel departs on the half hour from Den Helder for the 20-minute crossing. Bus 28 stops by Ecomare.
For the scenic route by bicycle from Den Burg, take the Pontweg for a short distance to the Rozendijk (intersection 11) and the Ploegelanderweg (second left). From De Koog, take the Ruijslaan in a southerly direction.
By car, take intersection 13 on the Pontweg, the Californiaweg. Parking is free; a larger parking area is 250 meters further up the road.

Restaurant - Als kind heb ik de interesse voor de natuur meegekregen en daarom ben ik blij dat ik mijn werk in Ecomare mag doen zo midden in de natuur. Ecomare is een leuk en informatief centrum. Van de grote schoonmaak in de winter tot restaurant werkzaamheden in de zomer: ik ga nog steeds met plezier naar mijn werk.
