Arthropods

Arthropods are animals that protect their bodies with an external skeleton. The skeleton consists of parts that move in relation to one another. You could say that arthropods wear a kind of harness. This group of animals can be subdivided into several groups. By the crustaceans, there are many strange marine animals, such as barnacles, shrimp and crabs. Another enormous group of arthropods are the insects. These are mainly land animals, just like the spiders.
