Mammals of the Wadden Sea

Several types of mammals live in the Wadden Sea, the harbour seal being the best known. A couple of colonies of grey seals also lives here. Up till the middle of the 20th century, porpoises were also found in large numbers in the Wadden Sea. In the meantime, the porpoise is once again a common resident here. And every once in a while, dolphins are spotted.
