Cormorants

A cigar with wings. That how some people describe a flying cormorant. Cormorants look for food by diving. Because their feathers get wet in the process, you often see them sitting in the sun with their wings spread. Two species of cormorants are found in the North Sea region: in the north, mostly shags and in the south, great cormorants.
