The web-site WaddenZee.nl is the stamping grounds for questions, answers and opinions concerning the Wadden Sea. WaddenZee.nl is an initiative of the Dutch government, as a manner of using Internet in a useful manner. Making information about the Wadden Sea available and allowing people to discuss issues concerning the wadden is an example of good usage. The funds became available to set up the site via the National Action Program Electronic Highway. A couple of ministries also contributed money and people to the cause to make it a success. WaddenZee.nl used to be called Interwad.
