Zoommeer

The Zoommeer is a freshwater lake in the east of Zeeland, where once Reimerswaal was located. This town is now lying underwater. The Zoommeer is part of the tideless waterway for ships between Antwerp and Rotterdam, the Schelde-Rijn canal. It has a poor water quality with lots of cyano bacteria growth.
