Als adjunct directeur ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de interne organisatie van Ecomare: zorgen dat iedere afdeling zijn werk kan doen. Ecomare met haar 300.000 bezoekers per jaar is de meest afwisselende organisatie waar ik tot nu toe gewerkt heb. De natuur op Texel en de mensen die ervoor werken; ik vind het boeiend en verwonderlijk.
